Our first Christmas tree (and yes... it is real)!
How fitting is it for our first blog to be about our first Christmas together?! We went out the other night and picked out our first tree. We got a real one (that Derek is taking care of since I kill any plant I touch) and it is absolutely beautiful and so special! The picture does not do the tree justice. The tree just helped to get us in the Christmas spirit even more.
We are also looking forward to our break from school. We will have 2 weeks to just hang out together and not worry about our darlings! Other than our break, Derek is busy with basketball and flag football while I play the cheerleader for all sports! In one of our next posts, we will put some pictures of Derek's games and some of our babies (aka Leonardo, Michaelangelo, Raphael, Annie, and Cow)!
